Ok on the next day, while I'm at work on my 15min break I call Fidelity to try and dissolve the issue, okay the guy I spoke to said that he had managed to unblock the account and had asked me to try and create a new password. Okay on Tues I tried to login on my computer and when I went to verify the login with the VIP access app and it wouldn't except, so I tried two more times and on the third it finally let me ok the next day I get a mailed letter stating that my account has been blocked and to call the Fraudulent department to try get it unblocked. This week I did a routine check of my accounts I have an ROTH, a Traditional and a individual account. Well I guess your boss can fire you for no reason without cause or explanation but those are the only two places I can think of. Where else can you be denied service or kicked out for something without breaking any rules or being TOLD what you did. checks, during a pandemic it's hard to get the direct deposit changed in person. Oh you can't have money go into the account either like your govt. They do this to long time customers that have dozens of billpay payees they have to redo if you transfer to another brokerage.

It affects IRA owners too if you have full trading authorization they will take that away too and you can no longer access that either. It affects jt owners too even if they had nothing to do with the alleged problem. They don't just restrict you but they prevent your sales too in some cases you have to call them to sell something. Sure they can cancel you but it is immoral and they should be ashamed. Please find an attorney to file a class action lawsuit they only listen to that. You can't sue them otherwise because of the arbitration agreement. If you have the time and the means complain to finra, the sec your congress persons, your attorney general. In my opinion they are arrogant and do it because they can get away with it. In my opinion, they don't care how much intentional emotional distress they cause you or how much financial damage and pain they cause your family. If there were incorrect information somewhere, I would like to correct it. Why would Fidelity refuse to tell me why they will not do business with me?
He said that Fidelity refused to do business with me but could not give any reason for the refusal. He said he has been at Fidelity for 6 years and has never encountered anything similar. I just finished a phone call with a Fidelity representative discussing this. In the week Oct 10 through Oct 16 I received an Account statement from Fidelity showing the Fidelity Account & Fidelity Cash Management open and unfunded.
After further questioning, the representative said he knew why it was closed but would not tell me why - not could not tell but would not tell me. After extensive questioning of the representative, he stated the account was opened and one day later it was closed by Fidelity. It took many hours but I was able to chat with Fidelity representative.
